The Exact Online Business System I’m Using to Work Toward $250/Day
(My Real Funnel + Traffic Plan)
If you’ve followed my $250/day challenge for any amount of time, you know I’m not interested in chasing random tactics anymore.
What I’m focused on now is building something much more boring — and much more powerful:
A simple, repeatable online business system that would realize this winning formula:
Traffic + Offer = $$$
from which Traffic is People with a problem to solve, and where Offer is a solution for their problems.
I’m not chasing shortcuts here, and I’m not jumping from one strategy to another. This is just basic marketing stuff.
The necessity is to have a clear structure that I can improve week after week.
In this post, I want to walk you through the exact system I’m using right now to work toward my $250/day goal for this summer — and how all the pieces fit together.
This is also the same core system taught and used inside Internet Profits Academy, created by Dean Holland — and it’s the exact framework Dean himself is using as he works toward his $1,000/day goal for June.
The Engine
The Core Funnel Engine Behind My Online Business
The biggest mindset shift I’ve made is realizing this:
An online business is not a collection of random links.
It’s an engine.
An engine that takes someone from curious… to interested… to educated… to confident enough to take action.
My engine is very simple on purpose:

Every piece has a job. If one part is weak, the whole system feels harder than it should.
1️⃣ Opt-In Page Block (Lead Capture)
How My Opt-In Page Starts Every Relationship
For me, the opt-in page is where the relationship really begins.
It’s not just about grabbing an email address. It’s about making sure the right people feel like, “This is for me.”
When someone lands on my opt-in page, I want them to immediately understand:
- What kind of person this is built for
- What problem it helps solve
- Why this is a smarter starting point than trying to figure everything out alone
I’m not trying to convince everyone. I’m trying to attract the people who are serious about building something real — especially those who only have limited time each day.
This is where curiosity turns into a real connection. See my opt-in page in action.
2️⃣ Bridge Page Block (Thank You + Positioning)
Why the Bridge Page Matters More Than Most People Think
Most people treat the thank-you page like an afterthought.
I don’t.
For me, the bridge page is where context and positioning happens.
This is where I help people understand: “You didn’t just download a free thing… you just stepped into a bigger path.”
It’s a chance to:
- Set expectations
- Introduce the bigger picture
- Start positioning the offer as the natural next step
It’s called a bridge page for a reason — it bridges where they are now with where they want to go.
Double Opt-in
In my case, I’ve added one extra step before someone reaches the bridge page — and I did this on purpose.
After you enter your name and email on my opt-in page, you’re not sent straight to the bridge page. Instead, you’re first asked to confirm your email address. Once you confirm, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link that takes you to the bridge page.
That bridge page is where you’ll access your gift (my lead magnet), and it’s also where you’ll see your next logical step: a link to the Internet Profits Academy.
This setup is called double opt-in, and it serves a few important purposes. It helps make sure people really want to be on the list, it reduces spam and fake sign-ups, and it keeps the email list clean and engaged. In other words, it helps make sure I’m building a list of real people who are actually interested — not bots, not junk, and not accidental sign-ups.
It’s a small technical detail, but it makes the whole system stronger and more professional.
You’re curious to see what my bridge page look like? If you’re not an actual subscriber, go to my opt-in page and follow the process! Since you’re reading this, you must be someone serious; I want you on my list!😊
3️⃣ The Offer Block
The Role of the Internet Profits Academy in My System
This is where the system really becomes a business.
The Internet Profits Academy (IPA) is not just a random subscription offer I send people to. It’s the foundation of what I’m building.
What I like about IPA is that it’s not vague.
It gives:
- A structured business model
- Step-by-step training
- A real community
- Clear implementation guidance
Most importantly, this is the exact framework created by Dean Holland — and it’s the same system he’s using as he works toward his own $1,000/day goal by June.
So instead of trying to invent my own theory of how online business “should” work, I’m plugging into a system that’s already proven and fully documented inside the Academy.
That saves me time, mistakes, and a lot of guesswork.
For more details, don’t hesitate to visit the page that I dedicated to the Academy.
4️⃣ Email Follow-Up Block (Where Trust + Conversions Happen)
How My Email Follow-Up Turns Interest Into Action
This is one of the most underrated parts of the entire system.
Most people don’t buy on the first visit. I didn’t. You probably didn’t either.
Email follow-up is where:
- Trust is built
- Stories are shared
- Education happens
- People see consistency
It’s also where people start to see that this isn’t a one-off thing for me. It’s something I’m building long-term.
Over time, the emails connect the dots between:
Where they are now → What’s possible → How IPA fits into that path
This is where casual interest becomes real consideration.
Content-Driven Traffic
How I Generate Traffic (The Fuel That Powers Everything)
The funnel as described above is the engine.
Traffic is the fuel.
Without people, even the best system does nothing.
That’s why I focus heavily on content-driven traffic as shown on the block-diagram below, and that I’m about to describe.
Note: I started to present this system on the first week of this challenge, see “Week 1: Setting Up My Foundation — What I Actually Did This Week“. I made some adjustments to reflect the actual evolution of my business and added clarity for a better description. The principle is the same.

Why Blogging Is My Primary Traffic Strategy
My blog is the center of everything.
It’s where I can:
- Explain things in depth
- Document my journey honestly
- Build long-term assets
- Create trust over time
From my blog, I naturally send people to:
- My opt-in pages
- My bridge pages
- Sometimes directly to the IPA offer
The blog gives my business a real home base. It’s where everything comes together and where people can get the full picture of what I’m building.
That said, blogging is not mandatory for this system to work.
Depending on your interests and strengths, you could absolutely replace the blog with another primary platform. Some people build their entire business around a YouTube channel (that’s actually what Dean is doing), others prefer podcasting, and some even use platforms like Pinterest as their main traffic source.
What matters most is not the platform itself — it’s choosing a traffic strategy you can stay consistent with, and a content format you actually want to get good at. Whether that’s writing, video, audio, or visuals, the key is picking something you’ll show up for week after week. Consistency beats the “perfect” platform every time.
How Short-Form Video Supports My Funnel
Short-form video is how I get attention.
TikTok, Reels, Shorts — they’re not where the full story happens. They’re where curiosity starts.
I use them to:
- Share quick insights
- Document what I’m learning
- Point people toward my blog or opt-in page
They support the bigger system. They don’t replace it.
Using Facebook, Reddit, and Communities for Warm Traffic
(Secondary Strategy)
This is where relationships happen.
Groups, forums, and communities allow people to:
- See me consistently
- Watch the journey
- Ask questions
- Get familiar before ever clicking a link
This kind of traffic is often warmer, because people feel like they already know me.
How I Use Low Budget Ads to Accelerate Learning
I’m not using ads to try to get rich fast.
I use small, controlled ads to:
- Test messaging
- Speed up feedback
- Add predictable traffic to the system
Ads don’t fix a broken funnel. They amplify a working one.
Why This System Gives Me Confidence About $250/Day
This is why I’m excited about this phase of my journey.
I don’t feel like I’m “trying stuff.” I’m building a machine.
Not perfect.
Not finished.
But real.
That’s why $250/day doesn’t feel like a fantasy anymore. It feels like something that comes from improving a system week after week.
Let’s Conclude This Post With A Clear Recommendation
If you’re serious about building a real online business system — and not just chasing random side hustle ideas — I highly recommend you look at Internet Profits Academy.
It’s the exact platform and system I’m using.
It’s also the same framework created by Dean Holland — and the same structure he’s following as he works toward his own $1,000/day goal by June.
Inside the Academy, the full system is broken down in detail:
- The funnel structure
- The traffic strategies
- The follow-up systems
- The implementation steps
You’re my guest,

P.S. I wrote this post because I want to be fully transparent about what I’m actually building.
This isn’t theory. This isn’t hype. This is the real system I’m implementing week by week as part of my $250/day challenge.
In upcoming posts, I’ll be breaking down each block even deeper and sharing what’s working, what I’m improving, and what I’m learning along the way.
If you want to follow the same structure with real guidance, the Internet Profits Academy is the foundation I’m using.
P.P.S. Just so you know exactly how the Internet Profits Academy works behind the scenes:
Access to the Academy is delivered through the Skool platform, and it’s based on a simple monthly subscription.
That means you can:
- Log in and explore the full training
- Access the community
- Follow the exact system in detail
Try it for yourself, and if you decide it’s not for you, you can cancel anytime.
There’s no long-term contract and no pressure.
At that point, it really becomes a simple question:
If you’re serious about building a real online business system, why not try the same platform and framework I’m using — especially when you can see it from the inside and decide for yourself?
